The internet changed where you sell.

And that changed everything else: how people find you, how they choose you and what your business can already do on its own.

Show me what applies to my business
02 · The three fronts, in numbers

The businesses that stand out today have three things in common. These are the numbers.

01 · Brand identity 02 · Community 03 · Automation

03 · The businesses that stand out

The businesses that will lead the coming years are being built on three pillars.

  1. Identity
  2. Community
  3. Automation
01 / 03

Identity

The reason people choose you over the one next door: a clear, consistent and memorable identity that makes charging more feel fair.

04 · Brand identity

Almost everything has been invented. The brands that attract most are the ones that win.

With so many products and so many business ideas already taken, the difference is rarely in what's sold. It's in how it's presented: a brand that gets attention, that conveys something, that connects through humour or emotion, and that people share on their own without paying for every impression.

With a modern, strategic identity tuned to what's trending, a business can beat its competition on marketing alone — even selling the same thing.

The brands that stand out on social are the ones that win. And that gets designed.

Community

A system that brings you customers who buy again, recommend you without being asked and are ready when you launch something new.

05 · Community

You don't need millions of followers. Just a group of people who trust you.

A community isn't followers: it's people who already decided to trust you. If the business changes course, they follow. If you launch something new, they were already waiting. And over time, the person behind the business becomes a voice with an opinion — a creator, a reference in their field — and their life becomes a brand too.

It works for a personal brand and it works for a company. And it doesn't need to be huge: 45% of US influencer spend already goes to accounts under 20,000 followers. — eMarketer, 2026

"To make a living as a creator you only need 1,000 true fans."
— Kevin Kelly, 1,000 True Fans, 2008

The new marketing is, almost entirely, community marketing.

Automation

Fewer tasks in your hands and a business that keeps running while you sleep or go on holiday. You keep only what no one can replace.

06 · Automation

A year ago AI answered questions. Now it runs entire processes.

That's the difference between a tool that helps you draft and a system that handles enquiries, books, follows up, and flags what needs a human decision.

01 · What gets automated Enquiries Bookings Follow-ups Quotes Billing Posting content 02 · System Runsitself 03 · Your part Your craft Your relationships Your decisions 04 · Result Faster More sales More time

On their own they help. Together they set apart the businesses that stand out.

07 · Judgement

Automation will be a standard. The judgement to build it won't.

Before long everyone will have the same AI tools. What makes the difference is knowing what to automate, in what order and under what rules, and turning that into a system where everything is integrated and runs on one logic, instead of ten disconnected tools nobody joined up.

What everyone will have
  • AI models
  • Automation tools
  • Content generators
  • Ready-made templates and agents
What decides the result
  • What to automate and what not to
  • In what order to install it
  • Under what rules it runs
  • How it all becomes one system
  • What changed this week

And there is a second part: this moves every week. A way of working that is best today can be outdated in a fortnight, and capabilities appear that did not exist last month. Keeping up is a full job on its own.

That judgement, kept current, is the one thing no tool ships with.

Which part of your week could be automated?

Fifty minutes produces the full list, ordered by what to hand off first.

07 · What I specialise in

Six fronts. One goal: a business that attracts, sells, and runs on its own.

Scroll
01

Copywriting

Words that sell: pages, ads, emails and scripts written so people act.

02

Sales funnels

The full path from the moment someone discovers you to the purchase — and the next one.

03

Content creation

Videos, reels and series built to hold attention and get shared on their own. Organic or AI-made, with a natural, realistic look.

04

Creative social marketing

Campaigns with humour, emotion and timing, built to spark conversation and get people sharing them without paid reach.

05

Community management

Brands run by someone who knows how to lift engagement and earn organic reach. People end up loving your brand.

06

AI automation

Systems that answer, book, follow up and work while you sleep.

Eight things your business could already be doing on its own.

None of this is the future. It can be installed this month.

Which of these eight are yours, and in what order.

Fifty minutes, your business, priorities in writing.

09 · The session

Your business, reviewed in depth in fifty minutes. And you leave knowing what to do.

We look at how your clients arrive today, where they drop off, which parts of the operation depend on someone remembering, and which of everything now possible applies to your case.

  • 01Your two real prioritiesRight now, and why those two and not others.
  • 02What can run on its ownWith what tools and in what order to install it.
  • 03Where there's revenue you aren't takingConcrete opportunities for your field and your size.

10 · After the session

When the session ends, you choose how to continue.

Path AYou execute

You do it.

You take the full plan, ordered and detailed enough to execute with your team or on your own.

Path BWe solve one part

We automate it for you.

We build the specific automations your business needs, in the areas where the most time is lost. Your brand stays as it is.

Path CWe go hand in hand

We work alongside you on your entireBrand architecture.

Identity, community, content, sales and automation working as one system, to take your brand to the next level. Personal brands too.

The session stands on its own. Paths B and C exist because people ask for them.

11 · Before you book

What people usually ask.

"I'm not technical."
You don't need to be. Plain language, business decisions, not software ones.
"Does this replace people?"
It replaces tasks. Judgement, relationships and decisions stay put.
"I already pay for tools I don't use."
Most common thing I see. A tool pays off installed around a defined process; without that, it's another expense.
"My industry is different."
Adoption tracks company size, not industry.
— US Census Bureau, 2026
"I don't know where to start."
That's exactly where the session begins.

12 · Who's behind this

Fernando Martí

Marketer and communicator by profession, specialised in social behaviour and social psychology. Over five years defining how businesses present themselves to their market across Latin America and the United States: what they say, in what order, and why.

My work then moved toward content creators and digital communities, where growth ran on different rules than an agency's.

Since 2023, fully immersed in the latest ways of working with AI and automation: following closely and experimenting to find the most efficient processes, the most streamlined workflows, content creation with the most advanced tools and the safest implementations for each client.

Today my focus is two questions: what makes a business sell more, and which parts of its operation can run without constant supervision.

Clients across Latin America · United States · Australia · Europe

The rules are already changing. The advantage is understanding them first.

Nobody needs to become an expert in any of this. What's needed is knowing, applied to your case, what to do, in what order, and what to stop doing.
